Manufacturing of tools inhouse
In addition to developing complete tools and fixtures for our own production, we also offer the manufacturing of individual tool components for our customers. One of our strengths is our flexibility and ability to solve challenges – and at the heart of this work is our tooling department. It plays a crucial role in our operations, serving not only as the key to maintaining our specialized machines but also as the foundation of our innovation.
Over the years, we have developed and built machines, tools, and fixtures to handle everything from common production challenges to technically advanced custom solutions.
We have two multi-operation machines with a milling capacity of up to X1016, Y660, Z635 mm, providing us with high precision and flexibility in machining. Additionally, we have a wire EDM machine that enables extremely precise cutting of complex geometries. We design all our manufacturing documentation in SolidWorks. These resources allow us to manufacture and customize tools with the highest precision and quality.
